Wellbeing in the workplace

Stress and its negative effects on mental/emotional health is a major

factor in work absenteeism and early retirement. Employers want a

more flexible workforce to suit a growing culture that is target

driven, provides short term contracts, increases job insecurity and

often requires longer working hours.

Today it is estimated that such factors together with low levels of

wellbeing cost the UK £26 billion per year.

Through our training, mentoring, facilitation and support we offer

organisations the means by which they can SUBSTANTIALLY improve

workplace wellbeing which culminates in improved staffmorale,

lower absenteeism, higher rates of staff retention, reduced costs and

positive wellbeing environments. This in turn contributes to

improved productivity making organisations a place where people

thrive, develop and want to be.
